Black and green teas, from full-bodied Assam to fragrant Earl Grey, alongside peppermint, chamomile and rooibos infusions.

Individual pâtisserie

From the crisp layers of a strawberry mille-feuille to chocolate and coffee Opéra, discover the flavours inspiring our opening collection.

A savoury selection

Smoked salmon, caviar and whipped soft cheese. Coronation chicken with fresh coriander. Cucumber with dill and lemon.

Distinctive combinations, prepared as delicate finger sandwiches for the tea table.

For coffee lovers

Espresso, cappuccino, flat white and hot chocolate will sit alongside the tea collection, with cakes and savouries to accompany them.

For a special occasion

From birthdays and anniversaries to private gatherings, we are preparing to welcome larger groups and private-room bookings.

Champagne, sparkling wine and non-alcoholic options are planned for the occasion. Enquiries are welcome ahead of opening.

Alcohol-free sparkling tea

Sparkling tea offers another way to toast the occasion: served chilled in a flute, with delicate tea flavours and a fine sparkle.
